With vast years of  mold building experience, our mold makers are linked to our engineering & CNC departments using Master Cam design and machining software via our in house network. Creating a printless environment on our shop floor has efficiently decreased lead time while having tooling information more readily available to our mold makers. Any manufacturing process not handled onsite is carefully monitored by our staff  with local vendors having a proven relationship with LCA.
We currently build and repair tools up to and including the 500 ton range.
